Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize an oscillation frequency by lowering power consumption as much as possible without lowering a start voltage for oscillation, by inserting an oscillation circuit between the drain of a MOS transistor and a 2nd power voltage.
CONSTITUTION: Between the source of MOS transistor Tr and a 1st power supply, resistance 13 is interposed while its gate is connected direct to the 1st power supply, and between the drain and 2nd power supply VDD, oscillation circuit 11 is inserted. Consequently, its power consumption can be reduced as low as possible without lowering a start voltage for oscillation, and dependency upon the power voltage can also be minimized, so that an oscillation frequency can be improved in stability.
