Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise the removing ratio of BOD and COD by using a small size apparatus in which a forced liquid circulating means is provided by hanging in an enclosed tank whose upper vapor phase part is provided with an air-pressurization means and a jet contracted portion provided below the forced liquid circulating means is provided at the lower part of the tank so as to bubble compressed air from the upper part of the tower into liquid.
CONSTITUTION: The forced liquid circulating means 2 is provided in hanged manner in the enclosed tank 1 and then the liquid driving part 3 with the jet contracted portion 6 at the lower end 3A near the bottom 1A through the contracted portion 4 as a gas-mixed means below the means 2. On the other hand, the gas phase portion 1B above the tower 1 is pressurized by the air-pressuriztion means 7.
