Abstract

PURPOSE: To minimize an error caused phase variation among a residual voltage, difference signal and synchronizing signal by synchronously detecting a difference in voltage between two outputs of secondary coils of a transformer by a rectangular voltage equivalent to the half of the sum voltage and then by smoothing the extracted difference voltage.
CONSTITUTION: Difference output voltage (e1-e2) between secondary coils L1 and L2 of differential transformer 10 is amplified 11 and led to detecting analog switch 12. A value obtained by having 13 difference voltage (e1-e2) is applied one input terminal of difference amplifier 14, and voltage (-e2) at the middle point between coils L1 and L2 to the other; and voltage (e1+e2)/2 is sent from amplifier 14 to zero-cross detector 15, which applies switch 12 with a rectangular voltage of a level equivalent to the polarity of the voltage. Consequently, switch 12 is changed over to detect synchronously difference voltage (e1-e2) and a direct-current voltage smoothed by LPF16 is outputted. Consequently, an error due to phase variation among a residual voltage, difference signal and synchronizing signal can be reduced extremely.
