Abstract

CONSTITUTION: An undercoating material uses nonelastic epoxy or urethane based synthetic resin-bitumen coating material having excellent corrosion resistance and adhesivity such as tar-epoxy or tar-urethane coating materials. On top of it, a top coating material consisting of a urethane based elastic coating is applied. The formed top and under combined coating layer provides a good corrosion resistance and shockproof property and is excellent in workability.
