Abstract

PURPOSE: To reduce liquid consumption remarkably and provide a compact heat exchanger by installing, in the coaxial shaft, a propeller fan feeding the fluid mixing both with gas and liquid, and a revolving cup atomizing the liquid.
CONSTITUTION: A revolving cup 1 atomizing the liquid and a propeller fan 3 feeding the fluid having both gas and liquid to a heat exchanger, are installed on the coaxial shaft. By doing so, the liquid fed from a tube 5 forms an uniform drops by the cup 1 wholly and it is uniformly conveyed to the whole surface of the heat exchanger 4 by the gas flow produced by the propeller fan 3. As a result, the liquid amount being fed can be nearly equal to the evaporating amount of liquid in the heat exchanger 4 thereby reducing the consumption of the liquid considerably and also the electric power source for the motor for fan and the source for atomization device can be brought together wherein heat exchanger is simplified and that is made in compact size.
