CONSTITUTION:MOSFET210 and 211 of the bias circuit are formed with the same characteristics and the same geometric dimensions. And differential input MOSFET 212 and 213 feature the different threshold characteristics, and its output VBO feature the value obtained by adding the difference of the threshold voltage of FET212 and 213 to bias voltage TG.
