Abstract

PURPOSE: To automatically interrupt gas feed, by checking gas leakage through change in gas pressure a certain time after a shut-off valve is controlled.
CONSTITUTION: A switch 5 is turned on for using gas and turned off for interrupting the gas. If a large quantity of gas leaks out and the gas pressure drops due to coming-off of a hose, release of an emergency cock or a drop of gas feed pressure while the gas is in use, a pressure switch 3 is actuated and a control panel 6 interrupts electric power to the shut-off valve 5 and a gas passage 1 is blocked. If the hose any crack, the residual gas leaks out even after the gas is interrupted and the pressure switch 3 is actuated. This signal is stored in an inhibit circuit 17, a buzzar 20 and indicating lamp 21 are energized and a solenoid valve circuit 15 is electrically locked.
