Abstract

PURPOSE:To collect bubbles in the ink and remove them effectively with an inexpensive and simple structured device by putting the device between the ink tank and the ink jet head, and by performing multistage bubble-collection. CONSTITUTION:The bubble collector is put in the midway of the ink feed system from the ink tank to the ink jet head through the ink feed fube. The ink from the ink feed tube 6 passes through the communicating ink cells 10 partitioned with walls 12 on moving itself up and down in sequence, and flows to the ink feed tube 6. Bubbles contained in the ink are floated while the ink passes through the cells, collected from the holles 11, and are discharged from the throttle valve 14 through the communicating tube 13.
