Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent the unbalance of a flowing quantity and the blending loss within a cascade by a mechanism wherein a cascade is controlled by applying self- controlling property caused only by a fixed flow resistance of an arranged pipe.
CONSTITUTION: More than one of separators 1a, 1b, 1c are arranged and plural separating steps 1 equipped with a feed fine f, product line P and a waste line w are arranged. In the product line P and the waste line w, a critical orifice 5 or a critical valve 6 is provided and a flow resistance element 7 is provided to the upstream side of the critical orifice 5 or a critical valve. By this construction, a cut is allowed to come near an ideal cut and the shift of a cut is prevented even if a feed is shifted.
