Abstract

PURPOSE: To provide a method of constructing a water channel without leakage readily in short time, which does not necessitate the conventional U-shaped groove nor panel assembling work on a constructing place in a zigzag shape.
CONSTITUTION: Ground surface 11 is excavated to form a water channel 12 inclined at its side surfaces, and synthetic resin plates 15 are laid along the side walls 13 and bottom wall 14 of the channel 12. The plate 15 possesses a number of pores 40, 41 on both surfaces thereof where air gaps are independently provided at the respective pores 40, 41 and on the opposite side surfaces not to communicate with those formed at the opposite side surface. Concrete 17 is coated on the upper side surface of the plate 15 to be solidified thereon.
