CONSTITUTION:The experimental rolling pass is previously executed with each mandrel by the elongator under the same rolling condition as the actual rolling pass in order to specify the relation between the peripheral speed ratio X and the mean sectional area A obtained by the roll No.1 of the final stand as shown by the full line.
