Abstract
PURPOSE: To readily manufacture a rotor iron core skewed only at its poles by laminating blanked steel plates of the same shape and then cutting off both the peripheral ends of the polse at predetermined angle with respect to a rotating axis.
CONSTITUTION: After steel plates blanked substantially in double adjacent H shape in the same manner are laminated in several number to thereby form a laminate 5', the latter is interposed, for example, at retainer frames 10, both the peripheral edges of the pole 5b' are cut off by a press cutter 12 having teeth 12a inclined at skew angle θ to thereby form a rotor iron core 5 having the poles 5b inclined at predetermined angle θ with respect to the axis A at both ends. Thus, only one type of blanked steel plates are enough for the core, and the iron core 5 skewed at the poles 5b can be readily manufactured.
