Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent occurrence of corrosion cracking in turbine blade to which an anti-corrosive plate is fixed by way of silver-soldering, by silver-soldering the anti-corrosive plate to the blade that has been applied with heat treatment at a required temperature and thereafter re-heating the turbine blade at a temperature not more than about 50°C lower than the tempering temperature.
CONSTITUTION: In fixing anti-corrosive plate 2 to blade material 1, oil-quenching is applied to the blade material 1 from temperature of 980°C, and after re-heating the same, it is tempered at 650°C by way of air cooling. Then, anti-corrosive plate 2 is fixed to the blade material 1 by way of silver-soldering and subsequently it is re- heated at a temperature 50°C lower than the tempering temperature of 600°C. In accordance with the above method, occurrence of stress corrosion cracking due to silver-soldering of anti-corrosive plate 2 can be minimized.
