Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the subject method and device wherein : at the time of moving a plurality of slide cores on the outer surfaces of which articles are unitarily molded in the approaching direction, to caues an outward pressing force act on the articles by means of slide pins and to accurately strip off the inward folded part from the mold.
CONSTITUTION: A sheet cowl 2 is unitarily molded on a cavity S formed on the outer surfaces of slide cores 22 and 23 by assembling a stationary mold 20 and a movable mold 21. During the descent of the mold 21 in a specific stroke, the end part 31a of a slide pin 31 is continued to be in abutment with a straight guide face 28 and the cores 22 and 23 move mutually approaching direction, whereby pins 31 are projected correlatively outwardly from the cores 22 and 23. On the inner surface of the sheet cowl 2 the outward pressing force due to the pins 31 acts thereby to prevent the sheet cowl 2 from adhering to the outer surfaces of the cores 22 and 23. Even when an inward folded part 4a is provided, the mold releasing can be excellently carried out regardless of the folded part 4a.
