Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain a stable output by compensating variation in temperature and asymmetry of bias magnetic-flux density, by extracting a high frequency component by varying the density of magnetic flux applied to a magnetic resistance element by flowing a high frequency current through the magnetic resistance element.
CONSTITUTION: Driving power supply Sd develops a voltage with constant amplitude and high-frequency periodicity. Between positive potential line L1 of power supply Sd and electric neutral point LC, magnetic resistance elements RH1 and RH2 are connected in series and between connection point P of those magnetic resistance elements RH1 and RH2 and output terminal OUT, filter circuit Cf is connected which allows a high-frequency component to pass through. Magnetic resistance elements RH1 and RH2 are applied with magnetic fields which change by turns in magnetic flux density to change their resistance values alternately, and consequently an output voltage is developed at output terminal OUT and applied to a load on the basis of negative potential line of power supply Sd.
