Abstract
PURPOSE:To realize the optical exchange to the transmission and reception in the form of the optical signals by arranging a number of sliced optical fiber bars into the matrix form, providing the optical fibers of the transmission and reception sides to the row of the column and then cutting obliquely the tip of the fiber at the reception side.
