Abstract
PURPOSE:To decrease the calling loss for the mobile communication system comprising plural number of radio zones by dispersing the overflow traffic of the radio zone featuring a high traffic density. CONSTITUTION:In case the radio zones are allotted to the mobile station, protective channel number N (N: natural number of more than 2) which is necessary in principle to be allotted to each radio zone is provided. And if the radio zone in which the idle channel number is less than the protective channel number exists along with existence of the idle channel number larger than the protective channel number, the radio zone is allotted even to the zone featuring a high reception field intensity. As a result, the centralization of the traffics to the specific radio zone can be avoided, and at the same time the traffics of the radio zone featuring a large number of traffic are dispersed to the peripheral radio zones to decrease the calling loss caused by the congestion state. While in case no radio zone in which the idle channel number is larger than protective channel number N exists, the idle channels are selected in the order of higher reception field intensity to give allotment to the corresponding radio zone. Thus the corresponding call is never turned to the calling loss.
