Abstract

PURPOSE:To push through a die the complex resin flow made by combining at a junction point a relatively-low-viscosity resin flow swollen at the center thereof and a high viscosity resin flow adjacent thereto so that the ratio of thickness at the center between the both flows may become larger than that at side edges, for facilitating the extrusion of the complex resin with good tackiness. CONSTITUTION:In the case of two layer lamination for example, the two kinds of resin A and B which have flown into an adaptor 3 from two extruding machines 1 and 2 pass through two passages 4 and 5 in the adaptor 3 and are combined with each other at a junction point 6. Thus-obtained complex resin flows into a T-die 8 through a complex resin flow passage 7, is increased in width while decreased in thickness, and is extruded as laminated sheet through an outlet. Therein, the resin A (supposed to have a lower viscosity than resin B) is swollen at the center of the sections X and X' when passing the junction point 6, and relation a/c>b/d is established. The low-visocity resin A is more liable to increase in width than the resin B in the T-die 8. Therefore, extrusion is made with the thickness at the center and side edges of the both resins A and B equalized to each other.
