Abstract

PURPOSE: To quicken the rising of a load output by providing a phase controller and feeding-phase controller between an alternating power supply and load, feedback signal detector, comparator, and controller cutting off a feedback signal.
CONSTITUTION: Putting start control power supply 29 to work at the starting time of load 3 starts the charge of capacitor 52 of controller 50 and transistor Tr56 conducts with a voltage across C52 low while constant-voltage element 55 does not conduct; as a result, a feedback signal from load 3 by-passes element 55 to cut off the feedback signal to comparator 26, so that the value of a signal supplied to phase controller 7 will be kept large. Controller 7 output pulses in early phase and phase controller 2 conducts in early phase to supply large power to load 3, thereby quickening the rising of a load output. When C52 is charge to more than a fixed value, element 55 and Tr54 both conduct while Tr56 becomes unconductive, and the signal detected by feedback-signal detector 15 is compared by the comparator with a reference value, so that a constant voltage will be supplied to the load by controlling unit 7.
