Abstract

PURPOSE: To make dies removable rapidly without using welding and obviate giving flaws to products by dividing the roll die to two dies of the specific shapes of 180° or under and fitting these with each other when the roll die does not permit fitting from the roll axis direction and is 180° or over in the angle that is assumes to the roll axial center in cross section.
CONSTITUTION: Since the angle θ that the roll die assumes to its roll axial center O is 180° or over, the roll die is divided to a main die 3 and auxiliary die 8 whose angle is less than 180°.
