Abstract
PURPOSE: To lengthen life and easily obtain high sensitivity and high accuracy by simple structure, by evaporating a plurality of slender, electric conductors on a surface of a high molecular piezo-electric material sheet in parallel shapes, and by mounting a plurality of slender, electric conductors on the back in parallel with the electric conductors on the surface.
CONSTITUTION: A plurality of slender, electric conductors 2 are evaporated on one side surface of a high molecular piezo-electric material sheet 1 in parallel shapes, and a plurality of slender, electric conductors 3 mutually crossing with the electric conductors 2 are simultaneously installed on the back in parallel shapes, thus forming a matrix electrode. When an alternating current magnetic field is worked by approaching an aternating current magnetic field generating source, such as, a magnetic field pen 9, etc. to an upper portion, vibration is produced at an intersection point 10 between each arbitrary conductors 2a, 3a on both surfaces, electric signals are input to input circuits 6 and 8 and selection recognized and the signals are detected or recorded as the intersection point. Thus, life is lengthened and high sensitivity and high precision can easily be gained by simple structure.
