Abstract

PURPOSE:To automatically bring the operating point at the linear region and to make unnecessary the bias power supply, by inserting bias switching FET between the output terminal of inverter and the input. CONSTITUTION:The first and second input signals are fed to the input of the inverter in series connection of the load element 2a and the driving isolation gate FET 3 via the capacitor 8, first and second switching elements 11 and 12, and the output corresponding to the difference between the first and second input signal is obtained at the inverter output by alternately conducting the first and second switching elements 11 and 12. In such a voltage comparison circuit, the third switching element 7a is connected between the input and output of the inverter and this is switched in synchronizing with the first switching element 11. Thus, the operating point of the inverter can automatically be at the linear region of normal input and output operation characteristics, the operation is stable, and special power supply for bias is not required.
