Abstract
PURPOSE:To produce oscillation by applying electric signal to the composite film conversely and converting audio signal exerted to external ear into electric signal, by constituting eardrum substitute with the composite film inserting piezoelectric macromolecular material or piezoelectric porcelain material between two fasciae. CONSTITUTION:The two fasciae 22 picked up from a human body which are used for normal eardrum forming operation are used to clip the piezoelectric element 23 to constitute the composite film. When this composite film is used, for example, as a microphone, the composite film 1 tensioned across the external ear path 5 is electrically connected to the hearing-aid main body 2 including amplifier and cell with the lead wires. Further, the audio signal exerted to the external ear path 5 is converted into electric signal with the composite film 1, and it is suitably processed at the main body 2 to give mechanical stimulus to the vestibular window 4.
