Abstract
PURPOSE: To positively fix permanent magnets, which are disposed on an inner circumference of a cylinder portion of a yoke in a rotor, etc. of an outer revolution type magnet generator, to the yoke by the shearing force and strain force of connecting portion materials, by inserting the connecting portion materials into voids among the permanent magnets, and by plastically deforming the connecting portion materials into the voids among the permanent magnets.
CONSTITUTION: Non-magnetic, metallic materials such as connecting portion materials 25 in Al, etc. are inserted into voids among permanent magnets 11 disposed on an inner circumference of a cylinder portion of a yoke 9. The connecting portion mateials 25 are approximately square pillar-like, and are slightly narrower than the voids between adjacent permanent magnets 11 in width. The connecting portion materials 25 are plastically fluidized into the voids among the permanent magnets 11 by cold pressurizing the portion materials by means of a metal mold, thus positively fixing the permanent magnets 11 on the inner circumference of the cylinder portion 91 of the yoke 9 by the shearing force and strain force of the connecting portion materials 25 produced by the plastic fluidization.
