Abstract
PURPOSE: To plan to improve an operating efficiency of operators in ventilating and air-conditioning devices utilized in a nuclear power station, for example, by improving an operating envilonment for an inspecting operation or the like.
CONSTITUTION: An open-air louver 11, a feed-air filter 12, a heating-coil 13 as a first heat exchanger and a cooling-coil 14 as a second heat exchanger are installed in order within a casing 10 and the open-air heated or cooled therewithin is supplied to each rooms in a housing for a nuclear furnace (not indicated in a diagram) by a fan 15. In such a ventilating and air-conditioning device, when an operation of periodical inspection for the nuclear furnace plant is effected, valves 36, 38 are opened, valves 29, 32 attached to pipings 27 for heating medium are closed and a part of cooling medium flowing in pipings 16 is flown through the heating coil 13 via a piping 35, thereby, air sent to the above described rooms may be cooled rapidly due to cooeration of a cooling effect of the cooling coil 14 even when the temperature of the open-air is high.
