Abstract

PURPOSE: To raise accelerating performane of engine by making a fuel injection proportional to the increment of the flow rate of air in addition to the basic fuel injection obtained from the flow rate of air and the revolving number of engine by measuring the flow rate of sir every a fixed time.
CONSTITUTION: Signals from the plural sensors 80, 84, 96, 98, and others by which the opeerational conditions of engine are detected are put in the input- output circuit 120 to control the actuators 28 and 48 to control engine by making a desired calculation between the circuit 120 and the CPU 114, in which the control is made proprotianolly to the moving amount of accel pedal. the acceleration- compensating fuel injection is made proportionally with the varied amount of air flow rate by discriminating the necessity or unnecessity of acceleration according to air flow rate per unit of time, whereby prompt acceleration control is made possible in comply with the need of operator for acceleration and thus the accelerating performance of engine can be greatly raised.
