Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable simultaneous detection of four incident lights, by providing four parallel diodes arrays and four collecting electrodes corresponding with each diode array in same air-tight container.
CONSTITUTION: Four box and grid type diode arrays 23W26 are provide in the container 21. The secondary electron faces of each diode are facing with the secondary electron faces of diodes at front and rear steps to constitute the diode arrays 23W26. Each diode arrays 23W26 are extending on the axis of adjascent collecting electrode. In such a manner four diode arrays 23W26 are integrated and contained compactly in the air-tight container 21.
