Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the weight and to improve the intensity and the durability by forming the main and auxiliary leaves with the steel material and providing TRP spring between them. CONSTITUTION:The steel material is used for the main leaf 1, and the auxiliary leaves 2, 3, 4 are formed band shaped with the TRP. The lowest side auxiliary leaf 5 is made with steel for spring and tapered so that it grows thinner toward the top end. As the main leaf 1 is steel made and bears most of the intensity and the rigidity of the driving force transmitting and lateral stiffness which are necessary for the vehicles to run, and also as the auxiliary leaves 2, 3, 4 are FRP of which weight is light and the mutual friction is small, it is comfortable to ride.
