Abstract
PURPOSE: To perfectly make the work automatic and stabilize the welding result, by retaining several profiling rollers and welding torches and mounting the three- dimensional guide mechanism for adjusting the welding position, by which both of them can be moved in a free direction, on the rack.
CONSTITUTION: The weldment 1 which is set at the installation end of the welded body supported on the turning roller 7 of the turning table 6 is held by the profiling roller 13, and welding is started by the welding torch, rotating the welded body 2 by rotating the turning roller 7. On the rack 10 is mounted the movable stand 11 which can be moved back and forth, to the right and left, and in the direction of the welded body 2, and to the movable stand 11 is installed the lifting pipe shaft 12. To this pipe shaft 12 are aranged several profiling rollers 13 through the arm 14, the profiling roller 13 follows the position change of the weldment 1 which is rotated together with the welded body 2, and the welding torch 15 which is at the fixed position with the profiling roller 13 is directed at its aimed position.
