Abstract

PURPOSE: To put easily two unbalanced weights, rotating symmetrically, in tune in terms of operation by slanting rotation surfaces of two unbalanced wieghts exciting a vibration table to give duple time that a rise is strong and a fall is weak.
CONSTITUTION: Two identical-output motors 3 turning mutually-reverse directions are provided with unbalanced wieghts 4 and symmetrical rotations of weights 4 applies excitation force to vibrating table 1 to reciprocate on a one straight line. Motors 3 are fixed to table 1 so that axes of those motors 3 will tilt to the perpendicular of table 1 at angle (θ). As a result, weights 4 are restrained according to different rhythms, i.e. duple time that a rise is weak and a fall is strong in a single rotation. Consequently, the symmetrical rotation never goes out of order and the need for a mechanical method or electric method is eliminated, so that two weights will generate excitation force in tune.
