Abstract
PURPOSE: To obtain a transcription sheet for polyamide which is capable of providing transcription of pattern and metallic gloss at the same time, preservation and good adhesiveness in such a manner as to pile on a base material sheet such materials and in such an order as an exfoliation layer, a pattern layer, a transparent (or clear) resin layer, a metal melt-and-join layer, an anchor resin layer and an adhesive layer.
CONSTITUTION: Such materials as an exfoliation layer 2 capable of being exfoliated from a base material sheet by heat, a pattern-printing (with ink) layer 3, a transparent resin layer 4, a metal melt-and-join layer 5, an anchor resin layer 6, which is composed of more than 1 kind of polyester and acrylic resin, etc., and an adhesive layer 7 containing a vanish composed of 30W90 parts of nitro-cellulose and a plastic agent of phthalic acid ester, etc., or more than 1 kind of alkyd resin, etc., or 70W10 parts of a mixture of these substances are piled in layers on a heat-resisting base material sheet 1 and in such an order, so that an objective transcription film is obtained.
EFFECT: By selecting piling structure and an adhesive, it becomes possible to make transcription of pattern onto polyamide resin having poor adhesiveness.
