Abstract

PURPOSE:In a bag on which a back seal section is formed by folding on the both sides of a film covered with a thermal plastic resin layer, to prevent its content from being contaminated by keeping it from directly contacting a cut section in such a manner as to provide the back seal section with formation of a special rising section. CONSTITUTION:For example, front and rear surfaces of a base material 1, such as a polyester film, etc., is covered with a heat seal serviceable thermal plastic resin layers 2 and 3, such as polyethylene, etc., so that a bag-making material is obtained. This material is folded on its both sides in such a manner as to make an envelope and placed on a plank 11. By lowering a heating plate 7 and applying pressure on the material surface with a projected strip 8, a rising section 6 is formed at first. And then, the heating plate is further lowered and inclined surface of the rising section 6 is compressed with a projected strip 9 in the edge section 5 of the material slantly, so that the rising section 6 is meltingly joined. And then, a back seal section 4 is pressed and joined by a plane section 10 of the heating plate 7. EFFECT:Content is prevented from deterioration in quality by humidification and oxidation, etc.
