Abstract
PURPOSE: To arrange groups of electrodes in close order on such a level that no blur may appear and improve the characteristics and reliability of photoelectric conversion by separating fine electrodes form one another and connecting them through multiple conductive filaments on the surface of a solar battery.
CONSTITUTION: Fine electrodes 12 for decreasing the sheet resistance of the surface layer on each solar battery are arranged in such a state that they may be separated from one another and connected through multiple conductive filaments 13. As the group of fine electrodes 12 may be independent of one another, a mask of strong structure can be used, electrodes with the fine width of about 30μ can be formed closely without any blur, the thin surface layer of solar conversion can be obtained and the characteristics of photoelectric conversion can be improved. Furthermore, it is possible to use connecting filaments with a 50μ diameter, reduce the resistance by using the multiple filaments and improve reliabity, too. Modules of solar batteries are available as shown in the figure.
