Abstract

PURPOSE:To effect the supply of uniformly mixed molded materials to the molding machine body and the reduction in energy level required for the extrusion by connecting the mixer between the hopper and its exit and further providing the feeder between the mixer and the molding machine body. CONSTITUTION:In a plastic molding machine such as an extrusion and injection molding machines, a mixer 2 for mixing molded materials is connected at the exit portion located at the lower portion of a hopper 1 and then a feeder 3 for supplying the molded materials is provided between the mixer 2 and a molding machine body 4. By so doing, the molded materials is re-mixed, thus effecting the supply of the uniformly mixed molded materials to the molding machine body and the reduction in energy level required for the extrusion at the molding machine body.
