Abstract

PURPOSE: To accomplish cooking of rice tastefully heated deep thereinto with a switch of high frequency output to lower output in a given time after the boiling temperature of the rice is detected.
CONSTITUTION: With the setting of a cooking timer 15', a temperature probe 8 is inserted to energize a cooking switch 16. Thereupon, a timer contact 15 connected to main wires 12 and 13, the cooking switch 16 and a door switch 17 are closed and the insertion of the temperature probe 8 allows a changeover switch 39 to be switched to a temperature setting contact 39a whereby a relay 41 is energized. A switch 47 is switched to a continuously energizing contact 47a and the high frequency generating means 14 works to output. When the temperature of the rice rises up to a set temperature, a thermistor 22 of the probe reduces in the resistance. Consequently, the switch 42 is released via the first operation amplifier 30, a delay circuit 31 and an electromagnetic relay 36. Thus, the high output heating ends, and the high frequency turns to a low output heating. This starts a timer 44, so that a heating is performed for a set time.
