Abstract

PURPOSE:To establish the piezoelectric oscillation element high in reliability, by connecting two sets of resonators formed on one piezoelectric board in series between the input and output and keeping the impedance higher than the connection of one set of resonator between outputs. CONSTITUTION:Two sets of ceramic resonators X1 and X2 formed with the capacitor electrodes 21a, 21b, 22a, 22b and two sets of capacitors C1 and C2 formed with the capacitor electrodes 25a, 25b, and 27a, 27b, are formed on the ceramic board 20. The electrodes 21a and 22a of the resonators X1 and X2 are formed at the back of the board 20 to connect them with the connection electrode 23, and the electrodes 21b and 22b formed on the surface are connected to the electrodes 25a and 27a formed on the upper surface of the capacitors C1 and C2 with the connection electrodes 24 and 26. Further, the lead terminals 28 and 29 are connected to the electrodes 25a and 27a, and the electrodes 25b and 27b at the back are connected to the common lead terminal 32. Further, the impedance of resonators can be made greater without taking special shape for the leads.
