Abstract
PURPOSE:To secure an easy correction of the potential at the output middle point of the negative feedback power amplifier down to half of the power voltage in either state of tarnsmission and reception by applying the bias voltage synchronizing with the switch circuit with supply of the fixed bias current. CONSTITUTION:A DC connection is given between amplifier part 300 and negative feedback power amplifer circuit 100, and reception part 200 is connected to circuit 100 via capacitor C1. Transmission/reception change-over switches SW1 and SW2 turn to the transmission and reception states at TX and RX time respectively. Here bias voltage +B is supplied synchronizing with the output of SW1 and SW2 with supply of the fixed bias current. As a result, the potential at output middle point D of amplifier 100 can be corrected down to half of the power voltage easily in either the transmission and the reception states.
