Abstract

PURPOSE: To enable a complete combustion of the under-mentioned fuel at a desired air-fuel ratio, by enabling a seizing of fuel charged to a combustion installation which uses as fuel the fluid being accompanied with a component change.
CONSTITUTION: A device is constituted so that the output of a furnace temperature control instrument 12 placed at a furnace 10 controls an incoming calorie control instrument 40 which operates a fuel flow control valve 20 located at a fuel gas flow passage 16. In addition, the device is equipped with an incoming calorie computer 44 which computes an incoming calorie to a furnace after individually inputting the output of a fuel flow meter 18, the output of a component instrument 46, such as a gas chromatograph and the like, which determines a fuel component, and the output of a density correction computer 44 which computes a density-corrected caloric value and a theoretical air amount. The output of the computer 46 is sent to the aforesaid incoming calorie control instrument 40. Furthermore, the devide is equipped with a computer 48 which computes a desired burning air flow amount corresponding to a fuel flow amount from the respective outputs of the computer 44, the fuel flow meter 18, and an air-fuel ratio setter 26, and the output of the computer 48 controls an air flow control instrument 28.
