PURPOSE: To provide a variable-vane controlling system for double-shaft gas turbine, in which a proportional controller with blind zone that is capable of selecting gain of proportionality independently for acceleration and deceleration of the turbine is used for controlling opening of variable vanes at the time of rapid acceleration and deceleration and deceleration, whereby it is enabled to control the revolutional speed of gas generator to a desired value in prompt and stable manner.
CONSTITUTION: Width 2 Δ of blind zone of controller 31 for controlling opening of variable vanes at the time of rapid acceleration and deceleration, gain KN at the time of acceleration, gain K'N at the time of deceleration, upper and lower limits of the proprotionality controlling section, and selector 30 for selecting gain of proportionality are selected respectively at suitable values. At the time of rapid acceleration and deceleration, opening of variable vanes 9 corresponding to the extent of acceleration or deceleration 1NG*-NG1-Δ is indicated by controller 31, where NG*-NG is deviation in the revolutional number of gas generator and Δ is a reference value for judging rapid acceleration and deceleration.
