Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the title apparatus capable of heating raw materials by direct use of cheap fuel by rotatably supporting an inverted cone-shaped furnace to blow fuel toward the bottom and to discharge a product from the bottom. CONSTITUTION:Side wall 3 of inside 2 of furnace 1 is inclined by 10-45 deg. to form an inverted cone shape. Bottom part 4 is made almost level and provided with discharge pipe 5 having partition damper 6. Lid 8 having exhaust duct 9 at the central part is put on furnace 1 to hermetically seal the furnace, and lid 8 is provided with raw material charge pipe 10 having upper preheating chamber 12 and burner 11 for blowing fuel 13 toward part 4 and burning the fuel at both sides of duct 9. By attaching wheel 15 and driving unit 16 furnace 1 is rotated along circular track 14 laid round furnace 1.
