Abstract

PURPOSE: To obviate the need for thick inner liner and obtain light tires by making the rubber lining layer which faces to the inner cavity of a tire from air impermeable cord and intercepting the communication with the cavities in the cord.
CONSTITUTION: A tubeless tire which has bias structure and uses rubber lining layer 4 plies, has a first ply 1, a second ply 2, a third ply 3, and a fourth ply 4 seccessively from the inner layer in the radial direction, and each ply 1W4 is arranged to be wrapped out fron the inside to the outside, wrapping a bead core 6. The cord which constitutes multifilament is adhesive-treated with RFL resin in lower concentration and made substantially air-impermeable, so the communication with the cavities in the cord is intercepted, and thick inner liner is made unnecessary.
