Abstract

PURPOSE: To form a selective-absorbing film simply by adherring a film of basic metal by means of projecting molten metal and processing the film of basic metal electrically or chemically.
CONSTITUTION: A selective-absorbing film 8 is formed by preheating an inner glass tube 2 and adhering thereon a film of projected molten metal 7 projected by means of high-energy plasma spray method, and thereafter, adhering black nickel on the surface thereof by means of electro-chemical method. According to this method, the selective-absorbing film with bigger adhering strength may be obtained at lower total cost because an inexpensive method of prior art of processing the selective-absorbing film electro-chemically can be used as it is and the cost for adhering basic metallic film by projection is lower compared with that by evaporation in vacuum.
