Abstract

PURPOSE: To obtain the captioned film which is ready for picking, smooth and serviceable for packaging materials by extruding polyolefine through annulus dies together with lubricant and winding up a flat film coming through a nip roll under heating.
CONSTITUTION: Polyolefine containing a lubricant like amide oleate is extruded through annulus dies 1 in fusion and inflated with the air coming through a gas inlet hole 2 to a tubular film 5. Next, it is folded through a nip roll 6 to a flat film 7, which is then fed to a dehydrating roll 8 and a final nip roll 9 and thus wound up on a winder 10 as heated by a hot blast device 11 through hot blast working at 30W80°C, thereby obtaining an objective film.
EFFECT: A lixiviation of the lubricant onto the film surface is accelerated by heating, and the film is ready for picking and works smoothly by adding a small quantity of the lubricant.
