Abstract
PURPOSE: To perform a desired shape of spray painting by an uniform mixing spraying method of composite materials in which the spray of a gun (A) ejecting a great amount of paint is combined with the spray of a gun (B) ejecting a small amount of paint in such a way as to make both end sides of spraying from the gun (B) thicker.
CONSTITUTION: This method is a mixing and spraying method by a two-headed gun in which the amount of spraying material from the spray gun (B) is greatly smaller than that from the spray gun (A). The spray gun (B) discharging small amounts of both spraying material and air, is apt to be influenced by the spraying flow of the spray gun (A) and hence the spraying flow of the spray gun (B) is attracted to the center of the spraying axle of the gun (A). Thus, by regulating a spraying operation in such a way that the spraying amount of material from the spray gun (B) is made thicker on both end sides, the materials sprayed from both the guns (A) and (B) are uniformly mixed favorably as shown in Fig.
