PURPOSE:To correct simply read data of a mask program ROM by combining program logic arrays and encode program ROMs. CONSTITUTION:Program logic arrays 11-1... inhibit the read of mask program ROM 1 through OR circuit 13 according to input address signals and generate the second address signal to address corresponding encode program ROM 12-1..., and correction data dependent upon ROM 12-1... is generated. Consequently, read data of the mask program ROM where specifications are changed can be corrected in a simple constitution, where many wirings, etc., are needless, by combining writable program logic arrays and encode program ROMs.
