Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a correct centering of an electroforming electrode in a short length of time for the metal mold material, only by inserting the centering portion of an axial body into the metal mold material. CONSTITUTION:Around a centering part 3 of a centering axial body 1 inserted into a pattern 5 and protruding from the pattern 5, a matrix 10 (reversal resin mold) is formed. Then under the condition with the centering axial body 1 and the matrix 10 as an integral unit, its holding part 4 is extracted from penetration holes 7, 8 of the pattern 5 and holding base 6 and inverted. And then to a molded surface 10A of the matrix 10, coppers are processed electroforming to construct an electroforming electrode 11. Subsequently, the centering part 3 is extracted from the matrix 10. Here the electroforming electrode 11 is exfoliated from the molded surface 10A as an integral unit with the centering axial body 1 to complete the electroforming electrode 11.
