Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce friction resistance and improve feeding property by loading the welding wire in a bale pack while its linearity is held retained internally without giving any bending habit. CONSTITUTION:In the case of drawing out the wire from a bobbin and loading the same into a bale pack, it is put in the state that it is retained by the endless belt disposed in opposition to the shaft of the bale pack or the shaft is made endless and it is retained by two endless belts, in order to give driving force. Since the wire is passed through a straight pipe form nozzle and is led to the bale pack, the wire is wound while the linearity is retained therein. In an open state, it only draws a circle of about 3mm. in diameter and therefore it substantially has linearity.
