Abstract

PURPOSE:To enable drawn hollow forming only by easy remodelling of an existing device by a method wherein a parison whose part is melted and blocked up is obtained by controlling the extrusion diameter, then it is introduced into a metal mold and cut, and after that biaxial drawing is applied to it by a drawing rod and the blow-in air pressure at the properly adjusted temperature of resin. CONSTITUTION:At the tip of a die head are provided a core 2 and a die 1 for controlling the inner and outer diameters of a parison 7 respectively. When the core 2 moves upward to a large extent, the hollow part of the parison 7 becomes narrow. Then, when the core is moved downward and the narrow part of the hollow part of the parison 7 comes to the position of A', the narrow part is melted and blocked up by a sealer 3, and simultaneously, the support air is blown out from an air orifice 4. Obtaining a fixed length, the parison is introduced into a blow metal mold 6 and cut at a cut line by a cutter. After a drawing blow bin 8 being inserted into a cut end, a drawing rod 9 provided at the tip thereof is extended, thereby the longitudinal drawing of the bottomed parison 7 being performed, while the lateral drawing thereof being performed by the blowing air.
