Abstract

PURPOSE: To make possible correction of high measurement accuracy by operating A/D conversion outputs through the use of a memory type frequency divider.
CONSTITUTION: When a flowmeter 2 operates, flow rate pulses are generated 4 and are supplied to a multiplier 8. When a monostable multi 11 outputs a transition signl by the output thereof, an A/D converter 12 generates the pulses corresponding to the detection value of a pressure sensor 3 for a spectified time. These pulses are supplied to a counter 13 through a memory type frequency divider 7. The content of the count memory 14 of the counter 13 is sent to a circuit 8 by the output of a gate 20. The corresponding pulses from the circuit 8 and the flow rate pulses are added 16 through a gate 17. In this way, correction is accomplished by addition of the pulses outputted from the circuit 8 according to the pulses from the A/D converter 12 and the flow rate pulses.
