Abstract

PURPOSE:To manufacture dense cold rolled sheet treated by phosphoric acid slat excellent in adhesive property, by applying metal oxide compound on clear surface of cold rolled sheet and producing metal oxide or metal at annealing time of the above sheet and then, forming phosphoric acid salt film using the above metal oxide or metal as nucleus. CONSTITUTION:Water solution containing one or more than two kinds of organic compound, oxide, hydroxide of Ni, Co, Al, Zn, Cr, Ti, Sb, Bi, or molybdic acid ammonium, tungstic acid ammonium, boric acid, is applied after cleaning the surface of sheet. Recrystallization annealing is carried out in inactive or reducing gas atmosphere, such as N2, H2 etc. Applied material is decomposed by heat and the above metal or metal oxide is adhered at the rate of 0.5-200mg/m<2>. Phosphoric acid salt treatment of the above metal oxide is carried out and dense phosphoric acid salt film excellent in anticorrosive property, is adhered and formed with a strong adhesive property.
